One of the absolute best mechanic shops I have ever taken my truck to. Dwayne and Mike always fixed up my truck in a timely manner and always figured out what was wrong with it. The shop as a whole treated me like family. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to work on my truck. Service was 10/10. Layna was the sweetest person from day 1. I enjoyed spending time there.
We had to have repairs done to the brake system on our Dodge Ram 4500 on extremely short notice. When we explained we are traveling healthcare technicians and needed the repairs most ricky tick, the scheduler magically found an opening for us. Dwayne, then, not only somehow found the parts needed to fix everything, he worked well beyond closing time to get our truck put back together and still stayed within the estimate he gave us earlier that day. His willingness to go above and beyond allowed us to not miss a single appointment with our clients. This type of customer service is why I will not only use this shop for any future needs, but fully expect Fulton's Automotive to be extremely successful for generations to come.
Highly recommend them! Dwayne was awesome, couldn't thank him and his team enough! We were having trouble trying to figure out what was wrong with our truck and thankfully they were able to do that and get us back on the road. Very great service, would trust them with any vehicle. We are new to the area and are glad we found them!
Had an excellent experience with the crew at Fulton’s automotive. Brought my truck in with no appointment for a U-joint to be fixed. They ordered the part had it in and installed and ready to go the next day. They went above and beyond to ensure that the part came in on time as sometimes stores are not able to expedite parts. Polite and professional with reasonable prices. Definitely a good shop!
